I am a painter based in Altrincham, Manchester, UK. I work in various media including  oils, acrylics,, pastel and mixed media. I also enjoy experimenting with monoprint and relief printing techniques.

My main inspiration is the landscape, both rural and urban. I love to observe, interpret and record my surroundings,  from the wilds of the Peaks and Lakes to the spectacular cityscape of Manchester.

I'm an enthusiastic member of Altrincham Society of Artists, and exhibit with them twice a year. I'm also a passionate member of Manchester and Altrincham Urban Sketchers, and took part in their One Drawing at a Time exhibition at Salford Art Gallery and the Local Colour Exhibition in Altrincham.
